Transmission followed by transfer
When registering a paper transmission transferring the property into the names of the executors, followed by an e-dealing transfer of the same property to the beneficiaries, an A & I must be obtained from the transferors (executors) and transferees (beneficiaries) if the transfer is to proceed as an e-dealing. As with any A & I, whether all transferees (beneficiaries) sign the same form or separate counterparts is a question of what is most expedient in the circumstances.
